ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF LA STATE POLICE ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 2000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 322456N/0912926W ORTHE MONROE /MLU/ VORTAC 099 DEGREE RADIAL AT 28.3 NAUTICAL MILES.LA STATE POLICE, TELEPHONE 318-680-9399, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. MEMPHIS /ZME/ ARTCC. TELEPHONE 901-368-8234, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
