The rapidly developing field of Drone Operations/Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) requires a legal team that understands the law and the operational issues surrounding UAS’s. Patrick is a private pilot and attorney who also practices law in the areas of business, governmental and administrative law, land use, contractor, real estate and zoning. Patrick Neale & Associates specializes in a holistic approach to the solution of clients’ problems. In doing so, our firm works with professionals, including engineers, pilots, designers and other experts to design the best approach for our clients. He represented the Collier County Contractors’ Licensing Board for over fifteen years and has appeared before the Florida Legislature, Governor and Cabinet, the Collier County Board of Commissioners, Marco Island City Council, state and federal courts and various governmental boards and agencies on behalf of clients. He is a member of The Florida Bar and admitted in the Southern and Middle District Federal Courts in the state of Florida.
