Thrust Flight Partners with Rising Aviation High School

Defining Career Pathways for Tomorrow’s Aviators

Thrust Flight, the Addison, Texas-based flight academy, announced that it has entered into a partnership with Rising Aviation High School by which the two institutions will provide comprehensive flight training to students, thereby helping populate tomorrow’s flight-decks with a new generation of qualified pilots.

Starting in their junior year, Rising Aviation High School students will have opportunity to avail themselves of flight training under the auspices of Thrust Flight’s experienced instructors. By integrating flight training into its broader curriculum, Rising Aviation High School strives to better equip students for rewarding pilot careers throughout the aviation industry.

Rising Aviation High School principal Brent Fitzgerald stated: “Our partnership with Thrust Flight provides a clear bridge connecting our innovative high school aviation program to the professional flight-deck.”

Mr. Fitzgerald added: “As airport neighbors with Thrust Flight, our high school students have the advantage of accelerating their flight training during the regular school day through a proven and industry-respected professional pilot program.  We’re excited to see our students strengthen their career-readiness, connect with the resources of Thrust Flight, and ultimately turn their dreams into reality in a very short time.”

Upon graduation, Rising Aviation high school students enrolled in the flight training curriculum will become eligible to matriculate to Thrust Flight’s prestigious Zero Time to Airline program, an accelerated training initiative offering unparalleled access to resources, mentorships, and experiences salient to aspiring aviators’ successful pursuits of flying careers with major airlines.

Thrust Flight CEO Patrick Arnzen set forth: “We’re thrilled to partner with Rising Aviation High School and play an integral role in shaping the future of aviation education. By working together, we can empower students to pursue their dreams and contribute to the growth of the aviation industry.”

A quartet of Rising Aviation High School students have begun their flight training with Thrust Flight, thereby embarking on life-changing journeys to their own futures via a career path at once clearly defined and eminently direct.

The collaborative effort between Thrust Flight and Rising Aviation High School sets out to pair promising young talents with an aviation sector in genuine need of qualified pilots. What’s more, Thrust Flight and Rising Aviation High school, individually and in the aggregate, instantiate the academic excellence essential to the complex business of shaping youth—in all its inherent recklessness and ungovernable zeal—into disciplined aviators deserving of the trust of an ever-growing number of worldwide air-travelers and their loved ones.
