More Charges Filed Against Cessna Worker, Wife

Both Found To Be Illegal Immigrants

If you're in this country illegally... don't expect to be reimbursed for medical expenses. That's the message Cessna Aircraft had last week for an immigrant worker, who publicly claimed the airplane maker used his status as an illegal resident against him, when he tried to file for medical reimbursement after he was injured on the job.

Instead of a check, Rogelio Ortega-Guzman received a visit from police instead, who arrested the man on charges he was in the country illegally.

Ortega-Guzman -- one of five illegal immigrants indicted May 31 during a sting at Cessna's Wichita, KS plant -- faces a wide range of charges... including providing false documentation, identity theft, and falsely stating he was a lawful, permanent resident of the US on employment forms.

But that's not all... it turns out immigration officials would also like to have a chat with his wife, Maria... who, after her husband was arrested, told The Associated Press she was going into hiding and would take her children to Mexico.

Authorities have asked for the public's help in locating Maria Ortega... who was indicted on several charges herself, including many of the same counts her husband is facing.
