DOWNERS GROVE POLICE DEPARTMENT TELEPHONE 630-434-5703 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. KANKAKEE /IKK/ AFSS TELEPHONE 815-935-5929 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
