PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONSARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY330730N/1170730W OR THE OCEANSIDE /OCN/ VORTAC 100 DEGREE RADIAL AT 16.2 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO330730N/1164400W OR THE JULIAN /JLI/ VORTAC 248 DEGREE RADIAL AT 7.4 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO330000N/1164400W OR THE JULIAN /JLI/ VORTAC 206 DEGREE RADIAL AT 11.2NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO330000N/1170730W OR THE MISSION BAY /MZB/ VORTAC 6 DEGREE RADIAL AT 13.9 NAUTICAL MILES BACK TO THE ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 7000 FEETMSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING.
