Rod Holter Named VP/GM For HBC Aircraft Manufacturing

Will Lead All Manufacturing Operations In Wichita And Mexico

Hawker Beechcraft Corporation has tapped Rod Holter as vice president and general manager, Aircraft Manufacturing. In this role, Holter leads HBC's manufacturing operations in Wichita's Plant I and Plant III, as well as the Salina and Mexico facilities.


Rod Holter

Holter brings more than 30 years of leadership, managerial and technical experience in operations. He comes to HBC from Cessna, most recently serving as vice president for the Mustang, Single Engine and Outlying Facilities. Prior to that, he was vice president of Operations for Eclipse Aviation. Holter also previously worked as a manufacturing engineer for Piper Aircraft. 

He holds a bachelor's degree in organizational management and leadership from Friends University. He is a private pilot and Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
