Executive Air Services Announces Acquisition Of Majestic Jet

Expands By Purchasing The South Florida And New York City Area Based Jet Charter Operator

Executive Air Services (EAS) has acquired Majestic Jet, a south Florida and New York City area based jet charter operator specializing in Dassault Falcon aircraft. Under the terms of the deal, EAS will continue to operate Majestic’s departure and arrival bases at the airports in Pompano Beach, FL and Morristown Municipal, NJ in addition to EAS's main base at Miami's Opa-Locka airport.

“We are very excited about this acquisition, which marks the first in our plan to strategically expand our operational footprint. The Majestic fleet is a great addition that will allow us to better serve our customers and aircraft owners,” explains Jeffrey Reis, Executive Air Services Managing Director.

Rick Ianieri, CEO of Majestic Jet, said “We are excited about the additional level of safety, value and service that this acquisition will provide to our customers, and we look forward to the combined company’s continued growth and success.”

Executive Air Services is based at the Opa-Locka Airport in Miami. The worldwide aircraft charter, management and sales company is ARG/US Platinum, Wyvern Registered, FAA SMS Pilot Program & IS-BAO Stage II rated. The company manages and operates various types of aircraft worldwide, ranging from turboprops to Gulfstream and Global Express heavy jets.
