PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR GAS RELEASE ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF EL PASO NATURAL GAS COMPANY ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 3500 FEET AGL WITHIN A 2 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 325857N/1091425W OR THE SAN SIMON /SSO/ VORTAC 349 DEGREE RADIAL AT 42.7 NAUTICAL MILES EL PASO NATURAL GAS COMPANY, TELEPHONE 928-348-7123, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. ALBUQUERQUE /ZAB/ ARTCC, TELEPHONE 505-856-4580, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
