PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR NATURAL GAS VENTING. ONLY AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF COLUMBIA GAS TRANSMISSION ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 1000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 1 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 385725N/0772214W OR THE ARMEL /AML/ VORTAC 267 DEGREE RADIAL AT 4.7 NAUTICAL MILES. CHARLES RATTS, 703-297-7391, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. DULLES ATCT /IAD, 703-661-6076, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
