"Planning for this 5th anniversary event is very exciting," said
Phil Tartalone, Conference Committee Chair from Michigan

grow substantially, and it is rapidly becoming a significant
national event."
Topics for more than 160 breakout sessions will range from flying
issues to an extensive maintenance program including Inspection
Authorization renewal for those who qualify. A new Thursday,
Friday, Saturday format will offer special sessions for Airport
Managers, FBOs and professional flight operators.
"Our large exhibit hall offers space for over 150 vendors and
hands-on displays," related Todd Smith the Conference Coordinator.
"Enthusiasm for the 2005 conference has been tremendous,
participant registrations are up and exhibitors are contacting me
daily."
All maintenance sessions at the Great Lakes International
Aviation Conference qualify for IA renewal and the FAA's Aviation
Maintenance Technician Awards Program, per FAR 65.93. In addition,
