Upgraded: Ray Hughes

Dassault Falcon recently announced that Ray Hughes will join its team as a Customer Service Manager (CSM). Hughes will be based in the Los Angeles area, supporting Falcon operators on the west coast.

"Ray is joining a very dedicated team of Field Service Representatives that is committed to helping our customers," said Ron Velivis, Dassault Falcon Director of Field Service.

"He'll be responsible for providing support both as a customer advocate and as a member of our West Coast team, which consists of Pat Reardon in Seattle and Bob Leathers in Denver.  We look forward to adding his extensive experience to our roster."

Hughes comes to Dassault Falcon with sixteen years of experience in the aviation industry.  He is an instrument and commercial-rated pilot with his A&P license and IA rating.  In 1987, he joined Great American Aircraft in Torrance, California, as a lead mechanic and test pilot.  He remained there until 1996, when he joined Garrett Aviation in Los Angeles.    He began as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician and was promoted to Facility Maintenance Team Leader in 1998.  For the past three years, he was the Manager of Hangar Operations, where he oversaw more than thirty maintenance technicians, four crew chiefs and an administrative staff.
