PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF FBI- BELTRAMI CO SHERIFF ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET MSL WITHIN A3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 475196N/0950199W AND THE BEMIJI /BJI/VORTAC 354 DEGREES AT 16.6 NAUTICAL MILES. FBI- BELTRAMI CO SHERIFF TELEPHONE 218-766-3095 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. MINNEAPOLIS /ZMP/ ARTCC TELEPHONE 651-463-5580 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
