It’s been a long time coming but the jig is finally up for David Riggs, aviation's Public Enemy Number 1. On Friday the FAA issued an Emergency Revocation Order against Riggs, directing him to immediately surrender any and all pilot certificates and advising him that no new pilot certificate will be issued to him for a period of one year from the date of the order.
There's a running joke in the news reporting business that one should never let facts stand in the way of a good story. All this... and MORE in today's episode of Airborne!!!
