PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 452641N/1164807W OR THE DONNELLY /DNJ/ VORTAC 309 DEGREE RADIAL AT 47.8 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 10000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR WILDFIRE. THE U.S. FOREST SERVICE, TELEPHONE 541-963-7171/FREQ 122.425 (TURNER CREEK) IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. MC MINNVILLE /MMV/ AFSS, TELEPHONE 503-474-1897, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
