Industry Support Continues To Grow For Third Annual Drone World Expo

Complimentary Registration Available For Qualified End-Users

Registration is now open for Drone World Expo 2017. From October 3-4, the 3rd annual Drone World Expo will once again gather thousands of thought leaders, end-users and decision makers in the commercial drone industry at the San Jose Convention Center.

This event, held in the Capital of Silicon Valley, will feature a robust exhibit floor, visionary keynote speakers, timely and industry-leading educational programs, and networking events. Drone World Expo is a business-to-business event, attracting over 3,000 professional attendees from media and entertainment, agriculture, construction, energy, oil and gas, utilities, law enforcement, security and public safety, fire/search and rescue, mapping and surveying, inspections, research and conservation, real estate, communications, parcel delivery, humanitarian efforts and more.

"We are working with our expert advisory board, reviewing speaker proposals and session topics to ensure that we offer another stellar conference program for commercial drone end users," said Gretchen West, Drone World Expo Advisory Board Chair, Senior Advisor, Hogan Lovells and Co-Executive Director, Commercial Drone Alliance. "Our industry is at a tipping point with many opportunities and challenges for growth and DWE is the perfect venue to learn more, network with industry experts and come together to move this industry forward."
 
Drone World Expo welcomes the newest members of its Advisory Board, Kathleen "Kat" Swain, Senior Director of UAS Programs for AOPA, the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, and Hector Ubiñas UAS Program Lead/Aviation Safety Advisor for San Diego Gas & Electric.
 
The Drone World Expo (DWE) Advisory Board is comprised of recognized thought leaders in the UAS industry and key commercial market sectors. Board members assist in the creation of Drone World Expo's conference and exhibition dedicated to supporting the rapidly evolving commercial drone marketplace.

The full conference will be complimentary for qualified commercial and civil government end users. Conference passes for those who do not qualify as end-users are $495 through July 28, $695 until September 22 and $995 after September 22. All attendees will also have the opportunity to register for the MAPPS Geospatial Track at DWE for just $95 until July 28, and the sUAS for Inspections pre-conference workshop, presented by Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University for $299 until July 28. The workshop will take place on Monday, October 2, click here for more details. Industry professionals may also register for complimentary expo passes, which provide access to hundreds of products on display, all keynote presentations, Tech Talks in the exhibit hall, flying demonstrations, and networking receptions.
