He received his Associates Degree in Aviation Maintenance from Texas State Technical College in 2000. In his role at FreeFlight Systems, Williams will be a key point of contact in the support department, responding to and resolving product inquiries and support requests.

Reid bring 8 years of experience in the aviation industry to his position, and is a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Prior to joining FreeFlight Systems, Reid held sales and customer support positions with Aspen Avionics, BendixKing, Avidyne Corporation, and Avionics Technologies Inc. Reid will serve as regional sales manager at FreeFlight Systems, overseeing operations in the Western North America.
