Pilots Union Congratulates NJASAP On Contract Ratification

APA Offers Support For Fractional Service Pilots

The president of the Allied Pilots Association ... Capt. Keith Wilson ... has offered his union's congratulations to the NetJets Association of Shared Aircraft Pilots (NJASAP) on the ratification of a new collective bargaining agreement.

“The Allied Pilots Association leadership would like to congratulate our fellow professional pilots for securing a new contract containing what NJASAP leadership terms ‘significant enhancements’," Wilson said. "This contract ratification concludes a lengthy and contentious bargaining process for NetJets’ pilots and it stands as another recent example of pattern bargaining beneficial to professional pilots. According to NJASAP leadership, the new contract maintains company-funded medical insurance, offers enhanced scheduling options, expands scope protections and seniority rights, pays out a signing bonus and increases wages an average of 28 percent.

"We applaud NJASAP leadership and membership for achieving these contractual gains and maintaining positive momentum for our nation’s professional pilots."
