Also, What’s Ahead For AirVenture 2017…
On the closing day of EAA AirVenture 2016, ANN CEO and Editor-In-Chief, Jim Campbell, caught up with EAA’s CEO, Jack Pelton, to hear some final thoughts about this year’s AirVenture.
Pelton best described his feelings about the conclusion of AirVenture 2016 as, “sensory overload.” But, rather than this being a conversation dwelling on AirVenture 2016, both Jim and Pelton started talking about the future. In one breath they were discussing Piper Cubs, and in the next breath the conversation turned towards private space ventures.
When pressed by Jim for his favorite things at AirVenture this year, Pelton listed three that particularly piqued his interests. Watch the video to see what they are, and compare them to what you thought about EAA AirVenture 2016.
