Airborne 10.17.14: Enstrom Delivers, Flight School Scandal, NBAA2014

Also: Rare O-46 Rebuild, Valor Unveiled, OK's Anti-Fly-In Airport, FAA Screw-Ups,

The first Enstrom Model 480B-G has been delivered to Rick Boswell of New Hampshire with the Garmin G1000H glass cockpit installed. Certification of the 480B-G was completed in July, making the 480B-G the only helicopter in its class offering this sophisticated electronic equipment.

However, there were also airplanes that worked and fought hard but never get mentioned. Such is the case of the Douglas O-46. All this... and MORE in today's episode of Airborne!!!
