NATA Names New Board Of Directors Members

Greg Schmidt Tapped As Chair Of The BOD

Last week at its annual Membership Meeting, the National Air Transportation Association (NATA) announced the election of Greg Schmidt, President and Chief Executive Officer, Pentastar Aviation in Waterford, MI, as Chair of the NATA Board of Directors.

Reelected to serve an additional term were Curt Castagna, Aerolease Group and Guy Hill, Jr., Hill Aircraft and Leasing Corporation. Additionally, NATA elected four new members to its board of directors: Randall D. Berg, Airport Director, King County International Airport; Dennis Fox, Senior Vice President, Flight Operations, Executive Jet Management; Larry Jorash, Senior Vice President Operations, Signature Flight Support; and Larry Wade, President and Partner, Golden Isles Aviation (bios below).

"We are pleased to have such an outstanding and talented NATA Board," stated NATA President Martin H. Hiller. "It is critical that the Board of Directors guide the association, ensuring continued economic growth and financial viability, while reinforcing that safety is the highest priority for all of its members. NATA’s Board of Directors comprises the finest leaders representing all areas of general aviation and we appreciate their commitment, leadership and support.”
