Transfer of synchronizer & synchrophaser product lines completed

Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing, Inc., producer of OEM-licensed components and accessories for the aerospace industry, has acquired the propeller synchrophaser and synchronizer product lines of Woodward Governor Company. These products are for reciprocating, turboprop, and turbofan engines.

Ontic's General Manager and Chief of Operations James Gerwien stated, "Ontic is in the business of assuming complete responsibility for OEM product lines through acquisition or exclusive license. We will provide the highest level of support to customers of this reciprocating, turboprop, and turbofan engine business.
