Associated Aircraft Group Adds New Positions

Maintenance Operation Expands On Increased Growth

Executive helicopter service provider Associated Aircraft Group, Inc. (AAG) announced this week the addition of three positions at its Dutchess County airport flight operations and maintenance center. Adam Antia, Bob Steinberg and Josh Kemlage have begun work in the company’s helicopter maintenance facility, according to AAG Vice President of Operations Kevin M. McGrath, who announced their employment.

Adam Antia is employed as Administrative Assistant to the Director of Maintenance for the Part 145 Repair Station. A Marist College graduate currently working toward his MBA, Antia provides clerical and data input assistance to the Director. That includes entering data into computer-based aircraft tracking systems, verification of labor hours for each maintenance shop department and tracking maintenance and current status for each aircraft.

Bob Steinberg, who obtained his Powerplant License shortly after graduating from  Aviation High School in Long Island City, Queens, obtained significant additional training as an Aircraft Structural Mechanic during his career in the Marine Corps. He holds an Airframe License and spent 32 years working for a corporate flight department prior to joining AAG as a mechanic.

Josh Kemlage is a Parts Associate charged with the managing, ordering and receiving of aircraft parts. He reports to the Spare/Parts Supervisor.

"As all facets of our business continue to grow, we look for qualified, exemplary individuals we can add to our team," McGrath said in making the announcement. "We are pleased that Bob, Josh and Adam have brought their energy and expertise to AAG and its clients."

AAG, a subsidiary of Sikorsky Aircraft, provides helicopter and fixed wing charter flights, fractional ownership and helicopter maintenance services from its New York and Philadelphia installations. It is the only executive helicopter company to own and operate its own Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 145 maintenance facility and is a Sikorsky Certified Repair Center. The company’s principal flight operations and repair services are housed in two hangars at the Dutchess County Airport, a short flight from its Manhattan heliports.
