Technology Solutions Group Will Be Run By Dr. Gregory Duckworth

Global defense technology developer QinetiQ North America, announced Thursday its Technology Solutions Group (TSG) has appointed Dr. Gregory Duckworth as its first Director of Advanced Research and Development. Duckworth will be responsible for identifying critical user needs and developing the technologies, industry partnerships, and business opportunities to address them.

Dr. Duckworth joined TSG's Foster-Miller, Inc. subsidiary in February 2007 after four years as Program Manager at DARPA in the Special Projects and Strategic Technologies Offices. Duckworth received his Sc.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution Joint Program in Electrical Engineering and Oceanographic Engineering; E.E. and S.M. degrees from the department of Electrical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and his BSEE from Rice University.
