Diamond Aircraft Appoints Distributor For Southern Caribbean

We're Lobbying For A Personal Tour...

Diamond Aircraft has appointed Bohlke International Airways Inc (BIA), as a Diamond Regional Distribution Center for the southern Caribbean. BIA will represent Diamond's single-engine DA20-C1 and DA40 Diamond Star models, and the twin engine DA42 Twin Star from their base located at the Henry Rohlsen Airport in St. Croix, US Virgin Islands.

BIA will be responsible for the sales and customer service for Diamond products in Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and all Caribbean islands south and east of Puerto Rico.

Founded in 1959, BIA is owned and operated by William Bohkle Jr., and his wife Ruth Ann (Tuddy). As the longest established, full-service FBO in the Caribbean, BIA offers complete General Aviation services including, professional aircraft maintenance, flight training, charter and aircraft sales.

"Having been in the General Aviation business for more than 45 years, the reputation of any company we represent is very important," said Bohkle. "We want to offer our customers a product that represents the best choice and value available. Diamond's modern, high quality aircraft and unparalleled safety record offers just that."

BIA will take delivery of a Diamond DA20-C1 Eclipse in February 2005 to become the first flight school to offer modern training aircraft in the Caribbean. The C1 will be followed with a DA40 Diamond Star FP (fixed pitch) later in 2005.
