Bombardier has confirmed the upcoming launch of the Challenger 3500 aircraft.

The Challenger 3500 aircraft, the evolution of the Challenger 350 aircraft, introduces a redesigned interior with intelligent and sustainably minded cabin features. Bombardier’s (nu-age)Nuage seat is included in the aircraft’s standard configuration. The C-3500 will provide a reduced cabin altitude of 4,850 ft at 41,000 ft, representing a 31% improvement over its predecessor. This new business jet is expected to enter service in the second half of 2022. SpaceX is targeting a five-hour launch window opening at 8:02 pm EDT. Launch of the Inspiration4 mission is the world’s first all-civilian human spaceflight to orbit – aboard SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket and Dragon spacecraft from historic Launch Complex 39A at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Approximately three days after liftoff, Dragon and the Inspiration4 crew will return to Earth and splash down at one of several possible landing sites off the Florida coast.
