SUBJECT: Airworthiness Directive 2007-11-03
SUMMARY: We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for the products listed above.

This AD results from mandatory continuing airworthiness information (MCAI) issued by an aviation authority of another country to identify and correct an unsafe condition on an aviation product.

The MCAI describes the unsafe condition as: During a maintenance inspection, cracks were found on the center section of fuselage frame 19. The investigation on the root cause is still in progress.fuselage frame 19 supports the rear side of the main landing gear (MLG).

This condition, if not corrected, could cause collapse of frame 19, leading to subsequent collapse of a MLG.

We are issuing this AD to require actions to correct the unsafe condition on these products.
