Three Receive Master Instructor Designation In November

National Accreditation Recognized By The FAA

Three instructors have earned their first Master Instructor designation in the month of November.

Master Instructors LLC said in a news release that all were accredited as Masters by Master Instructors LLC, the international Master Instructor accrediting authority. All obtained their designation through the Master Instructor "Fluid Review" program online.

Professional aviation educators who earned or renewed their "Master" title during November 2017 are:

Mark Richard King, Oxnard, CA. Master CFI-Aerobatic.
Mark King, a 1st-time Master and a member of SAFE as well as IAC, earned his Master CFI-Aerobatic accreditation on November 3, 2017. A veteran of the United States Navy, Mark is an aerobatic flight and ground instructor with CP Aviation (http://CPAviation.com/) at California's Santa Paula Airport (SZP). He specializes in tailwheel, aerobatic and emergency maneuver training averaging over 800 instructional hours each year. Email: MKingCFI@icloud.com

Mark John Szpak, Prescott Valley, AZ. Master CFI
Mark Szpak, a 1st-time Master and SAFE member, earned his Master CFI accreditation on November 1, 2017. A graduate of ERAU-Prescott, Mark instructs with JetWright Aviation LLC ( http://www.JetWright.com ) at Prescott's Earnest Love Field (PRC) and other venues where he specializes in insurance approved initial and recurrent training in the Cessna Citation Mustang (CE-510). Additionally, he is working toward becoming a FAASTeam representative in the FAA's Scottsdale FSDO area. Email: MSMSzpak82@gmail.com.

Brandon David Wynn, Eugene, OR. Master CFI
Brandon D Wynn, a 1st-time Master and SAFE member, earned his Master CFI accreditation on November 9, 2017. A graduate of the University of North Dakota, Brandon is a flight and ground instructor in the Lane Community College aviation academy's unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) curriculum ( www.LaneCC.edu ) at Eugene's Mahlon Sweet Field (EUG). Many of the most recent National Flight Instructors of the Year or National FAASTeam Representatives of the Year were Master CFIs. In addition, the FAA has approved the accreditation as an alternate means for CFIs to renew their flight instructor certificates.
