Date Shifted To Late October In Response To Industry Feedback
In the wake of overwhelming feedback from aviation industry leaders, Lift Event Management (LEM) recently adjusted the date of its 2014 Aviation Summit in Palm Springs to October 31st-November 2nd. Lift Principal, Marco Parrotto explained the move, "We are dedicated to creating a world-class event for our exhibitors, sponsors and attendees. The excitement surrounding the launch of Aviation Summit has been sensational. When a number of industry leaders asked us to shift the event so they could attend, we listened and responded!" The Aviation Summit was originally scheduled for October 17th-19th.
The 2014 Aviation Summit will be hosted in the Palm Springs Convention Center, which recently underwent a $34M expansion. Palm Springs is located within easy driving distance of Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County, Phoenix, and Las Vegas making it an ideal location for aviation businesses to meet a large population of qualified buyers and attendees to experience all the latest aviation products.
Aviation Summit will feature a weekend of exciting speakers, aircraft and helicopter displays, education, and fun evening events. A parade of airplanes from the Palm Springs International Airport to the Convention Center will start the event on Thursday, October 30th. The move has the added benefit of allowing attendees to enjoy a wide range of Halloween activities hosted in Palm Springs.
Up to 10,000 pilots and industry experts from around the world are expected to attend the event, giving pilots an opportunity to meet industry representatives face to face. This event will be an outstanding opportunity to learn about new products, receive technical advice from manufacturers, and participate in hands-on demonstrations.
