ZNY PA.. TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS YORK CITY, PA. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UTC UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. PURSUANT TO 14 CFR 91.137A(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR JUNK YARD FIRE. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 3 STATUTE MILE RADIUS OF 3956N/7644W AND THE LANCASTER /LRP/ VORTAC 252 DEGREE RADIAL AT 23 NAUTICAL MILES. THE ETSU, RON RUGGERI 530 AIRSPACE OPERATION BRANCH PHONE (718)553-3497, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION.
