The most pleasant aspect of having celebrated my 50th Oshkosh attendance is the knowledge that I can look forward to many more (God willing...). The event continues to evolve and grow and while not all the changes are always met with complete agreement, the massive gathering that is Oshkosh does show that the aviation world is capable of coming together at least one week per year in order to celebrate all things aeronautical. And... that gives me hope.
