Possible Sale Reported To Congress By State Department
The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Lebanon for Huey II rotary wing aircraft and associated equipment, parts, training and logistical support for an estimated cost of $180 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale on September 17, 2014.
The Air Force Association concluded its annual Air and Space Conference and Technology Exposition by celebrating the Air Force's 67th birthday. Prior to the conference, AFA delegates held their 66th Annual National Convention over the weekend which included 203 authorized delegates from 45 state delegations.
