The California general assembly is considering a modified UAV trespass bill that would make any flight over private property at an altitude under 350 feet a violation of the state's trespassing law. The bill as modified says, in part, that the operator may not fly at less than 350 feet above ground level within the airspace overlying the real property, without the consent of the landowner or other persons with legal authority to authorize the flight. Two BASE jumpers who leaped from the unfinished 1 World Trade Center in 2013 have avoided jail time for the stunt. It’s reported that James Brady and Andrew Ross
