Last Surviving Doolittle Raider Flies Aboard 'That's All Brother'

Part Of The CAF's Event Marking The D-Day Anniversary

The CAF's C-47 transport airplane That's All, Brother is a pretty special airplane. It has the distinction of being the first aircraft to cross into Europe on D-Day.  On Wednesday, the airplane had a pretty special passenger. Dick Cole, who is the last surviving person who flew the famous Doolittle Raid over Tokyo in 1942, was aboard as the CAF commemorated the anniversary of the D-Day invasion.

First Expendable Decoy For The Protection Of Military Transport Aircraft

At the Electronic Warfare Europe 2018 conference in Lausanne, Switzerland, Leonardo unveiled the latest variant in its market-leading ‘BriteCloud’ missile decoy family, the BriteCloud 55-T. The new 55-T is able to protect large military transport aircraft such as Leonardo’s C27-J and third party platforms including the C-130, KC-390 and A400M from modern, radar-guided missiles.
