California Man Awaits Sentencing
A California man has been found guilty of conspiracy to steal aircraft design and testing information as part of a plot devised for purpose of hastening the development and regulatory approval of a third-party’s aircraft technology. Following a five-day trial in the U.S. District Court in Savannah, Georgia, Juan Martinez, 53, of Yorba Linda, California, was convicted on one count of Conspiracy to Steal Trade Secrets—so stated U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Georgia Jill E. Steinberg.
