Event Held At The NM Air National Guard Hangar At Kirtland AFB

The New Mexico Aviation Aerospace Career Expo will be held Thursday, September 24, 2015, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the New Mexico Air National Guard hangar, Kirtland Air Force Base, Albuquerque, N.M.  The New Mexico Air National Guard has partnered with the New Mexico Aviation Aerospace Association to host this event.

Greenville Downtown Airport To Conduct FOD Walk

Airport Will Close Both Runways For 30 Minutes August 29

On Saturday, August 29th starting at 6:30 am, the Greenville Downtown Airport will close its two runways for 30 minutes so volunteers can walk the area looking for and collecting Foreign Object Debris (FOD). Why? Because FOD is responsible for quite a bit of aircraft damage each year and is a threat to aircraft safety.
