64th Annual AEA Int'l Convention & Trade Show Opens Big

Four Days Of Training, Networking, Professional Development And COOL Technology!

Nearly 1,500 avionics manufacturers, repair stations, installers and other general aviation professionals have converged at the 64th annual Aircraft Electronics Association International Convention & Trade Show, which opened today at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas. The four-day event started Tuesday, and it is the largest gathering of avionics manufacturers, distributors and government-certified repair stations in the world. The event's primary focus is providing avionics professionals with educational and marketing opportunities between equipment manufacturers, distributors and government-certified repair stations.

The FAA has launched an additional way for its engineers, safety inspectors, systems safety specialists and other aviation safety employees to report safety-related issues and concerns. Information shared and submitted via this new system will be used to validate or verify an aviation safety concern, identify the root cause, and determine the appropriate corrective action.
