NTSB Releases Probable Cause Report In 2015 WA Accident

Teenage Passengers Survived, Hiked Out Of The Mountains

The NTSB has released its probable cause report from an accident which occurred July 11th last year that fatally injured the pilot and passenger of a Beechcraft A35 airplane. A second passenger, the teenage stepdaughter of the pilot, survived the accident and was able to hike out of the mountains to get help.

FAA Proposes Policy Change To PFC Funding For Airport Rail Projects

Would Extend Eligibility To Projects Not Solely For Airport Use

The FAA has issued a Federal Register Notice seeking public comment on proposed changes in the Passenger Facility Charge program. Currently, passenger facility charge (PFC) funds may support rail projects that are on airport property only if they are for the exclusive use of airport patrons and employees.
