There is a lot of talk these days about the future of GA fuel, and we all know that 100LL will be phased out at some point in the likely not-too-distant future. FAA Issues ATC Class Bravo Excursion Notification Requirement

Pilot Must Be Informed When Leaving Class "B" Airspace

In an informational bulletin issued Tuesday by the FAA, air traffic controllers are advised of a requirement to “vector aircraft to remain in Class B airspace after entry," and "inform the aircraft when leaving and reentering the Class B airspace if it becomes necessary to extend the flight path outside Class B airspace for spacing.”

The pilot of a Cirrus SR22 in a busy traffic pattern at Melbourne, FL, found himself with few options on his approach for runway 9R. The result was an apparent classic stall resulting from a steep turn. All three people on board the SR22 were fatally injured.
