Streisand sued Adelman for $50 million May 20th, after his website, which photographically traces the California coast, published an aerial photograph of her estate, among many thousands of others. The photographs were among about 12,700, many of which highlight overdevelopment along the water's edge.

Enstrom Helicopter says that their contract with the Indonesian Police has fulfilled all the requirements of their EXIM loan agreement and is "in full effect." “With the operability of the EXIM loan, we now have funding and are in full production mode to support the Indonesian National Police contract,” said Enstrom President Jerry Mullins. “Two aircraft are already flying in Indonesia and two are en route.” The remaining aircraft in the 18-helicopter order will be delivered in the upcoming months.
