That's not likely to change anytime soon and with the news we've just received, it looks to be a sure thing for a long time to come. FAA Says Result Would Be Improved Cross-Border Navigation

The FAA has published in the Federal Register a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) to extend two Victor Airways across the border into Mexico. The agency says the action would enhance navigation and air traffic control coordination for aircraft proceeding across the United States-Mexican border.

Superbowl XLVI will be played next month in Indianapolis, in Lucas Oil Stadium, and at least three groups say they're planning to hire banner planes to publicize messages to the crowd. There are two obvious problems with that plan. There will be a TFR which, despite invoking security as a premise, is widely seen as an excuse to control advertising.
