Jim asked Mike Demeter, the Eastern Regional Sales Manager for Genesys Aerosystems to explain the genesis of the company.
Aero Linx: The B-26 Marauder Historical Society (B-26 MHS)
The B-26 Marauder Historical Society (B-26 MHS) is the largest organization dedicated to preserving the memory of the B-26 Martin Marauder, the nearly 300,000 service personnel who were associated with the aircraft during World War II, and their joint contributions to the greatest military victories in human history.
Flight Service Station (FSS)
An air traffic facility which provides pilot briefings, flight plan processing, en route flight advisories, search and rescue services, and assistance to lost aircraft and aircraft in emergency situations. FSS also relay ATC clearances, process Notices to Airmen, broadcast aviation weather and aeronautical information, and advise Customs and Immigration of transborder flights. In Alaska, FSS provide Airport Advisory Services.

Our flights with Mokulele will be an opportunity to test both the aircraft and the infrastructure required to advance electric aviation and transport access in Hawaii.”
Source: Ampaire CEO Kevin Noertker, in remarks made as Ampaire announced the flight of its second technology demonstrator. The aircraft is a refined version of its Cessna 337 “Electric EEL” hybrid-electric aircraft conversion.
