Despite a soggy opening, Oshkosh 2019 turned out even better than expected... A record number of aviation enthusiasts attended AirVenture Oshkosh 2019. Some 642,000 people came through the turnstiles, an increase of 6.8 percent above 2018. More than 10,000 aircraft arrived at Wittman Regional Airport in Oshkosh and other airports in east-central Wisconsin.
