Despite a soggy opening, Oshkosh 2019 turned out even better than expected... A record number of aviation enthusiasts attended AirVenture Oshkosh 2019. Some 642,000 people came through the turnstiles, an increase of 6.8 percent above 2018. The Twin Navion is one of general aviation's most misunderstood light aircraft, stemming from the fact that three distinct (and one not so distinct) versions were marketed, each in relatively small numbers. Clutter
In radar operations, clutter refers to the reception and visual display of radar returns caused by precipitation, chaff, terrain, numerous aircraft targets, or other phenomena. Such returns may limit or preclude ATC from providing services based on radar.
