Air Traffic Clearance An authorization by air traffic control for the purpose of preventing collision between known aircraft, for an aircraft to proceed under specified traffic conditions within controlled airspace. The pilot-in-command of an aircraft may not deviate from the provisions of a visual flight rules (VFR) or instrument flight rules (IFR) air traffic clearance except in an emergency or unless an amended clearance has been obtained. Aero-News: Quote of the Day (07.10.20)

"Today BRM Aero has made (the) next step in its history. On 9th July 2020 at 13zulu company test pilot Mirek Rakusan made the first flight with the B8 all metal high wing." Source: BRM's Martin Bristela, announcing the first flight of their metal high-winged B8 airframe. The flight reportedly took some 40 minutes, while Mirek Rakusan undertook to test basic flight characteristics and the stability profile of the aircraft. After landing, the test pilot said that the B8 has serious potential to be a 'very stable and fast' aircraft.
