Some More Details On The Latest in In-Cabin Entertainment Products
On April 8th through April 10th, in Orlando, Florida, hundreds attended the 53rd Annual AEA International Convention & Trade Show; founded in 1957, the Aircraft Electronics Association (AEA) represents more than 1,300 industry affiliates associated with the general aviation avionics and electronics systems. At AEA’s 2010 ‘New Product Introductions,’ leading manufacturer, Flight Display Systems, announced two new retrofit cabin entertainment products.
"We know our job has some risks... but we have to keep
looking at the wonderful life we have with it. It sure beats the
nine to five jobs and a lot of others. Besides the flying that we
all love, the best rewards to us are the friends we make and we
keep through the years."

perished when a practice flight awry...
Beaufort Wind
Scale
A system of
estimating and reporting wind speeds. It is based on the Beaufort
Force or Number, which is composed of the wind speed, a descriptive
term, and the visible effects upon land objects and/or sea
surfaces. The scale was devised by Sir Francis Beaufort
(1777-1857), hydrographer to the British Royal
Navy.
