Source: Boeing Commercial Airplanes CEO Scott Carson. On Saturday, Russia's Aeroflot confirmed rumors that, following an extremely protracted decision-making process, the flag carrier for the former Soviet Union has ordered 22 Boeing 787 Dreamliners.
