Originally formed in 1998, Arrow Recovery Canada Inc. has two
goals: to recover the lost Arrow models, and to educate the world
about the great achievements the men and women of Avro Canada were
capable of.
A piece of sheet metal, fiberglass or plywood used to strengthen
and stiffen an aircraft skin at the location a component will be
attached. For example, a doubler is normally riveted to the inside
skin of a metal aircraft where an antenna will be attached.
