From 2019 (YouTube Version): A Week-Long Program Open To Young People Ages 13-19
The Academy of Model Aeronautics offers a lot of programs designed to foster interest in model aviation. One of those is Camp AMA, a week-long summer camp program at the organization's headquarters in Muncie, IN. According to the AMA website, the cost of the camp includes instruction time, meals, lodging, and nighttime activities. Campers will get the chance to work personally with some of the best RC pilots in the world, including Nick Maxwell, Andrew Jesky, AC Glenn, and RJ Gritter.
Aero Linx: Latin American Civil Aviation Commission (LACAC)
The Latin American Civil Aviation Commission, LACAC, is an international organization with a consultative character, and its conclusions, recommendations and resolutions will be subject to the approval of each one of the member States. The primary objective of the Commission is to provide the civil aviation authorities of the member States an appropriate framework within which to discuss and plan all the required measures for cooperation and coordination of all their civil aviation activities.
Tactical Air Navigation (TACAN)
An ultra-high frequency electronic rho-theta air navigation aid which provides suitably equipped aircraft a continuous indication of bearing and distance to the TACAN station.
