We now have more information about the tragic accident that took the life of Thunderbird Pilot, Maj. Stephen Del Bagno. According to USAF investigators, who released their report on the investigation into the April 4 crash at the Nevada Test and Training Range near Nellis Air Force Base, Del Bagno temporarily lost consciousness during a high ‘G’ maneuver and was incapacitated right before his fatal accident last April.
