Cessna Aircraft has confirmed the completion of the successful first flight of its Citation Longitude super-midsize jet. The flight comes less than a year after the company unveiled new details for the aircraft. Says City Has Recently Tripled Its Rent

The 25-year run of the Typhoon Restaurant at Santa Monica Airport is coming to an end, but it is not an amicable closing. The restaurant posted on its website that the City of Santa Monica has tripled its rent, and made business conditions "so difficult that it has been become impossible to carry on without incurring financial ruin."
